Tell me…what do you love today?
I love reading your blog
When my son says “mama”–never gets old.
Seeing my son greet my husband when he gets home from work.
Greeting my son after a nap or night of sleep–smiling and happy.
Hearing my son’s giggles.
A hot cup of coffee just the way I like it.
A warm blanket and a sweet treat.
Hugs from the hubby.
Being your prego-blogger bud–I’m due in July, too! 🙂
Have a nice weekend!
I just stumbled upon your blog Andrea. Congrats on the new little one! I too treasured every ultrasound that brought good news.
I am currently enjoying:
Getting more than 3 hours of sleep at a time
The smiles that have finally arrived on the boys’ faces
Cuddling before bedtime with my older kids
The prospect of a date night, even though it keeps getting rescheduled
So clear why we are friends. I’d be plagiarizing half your list to make my own! Mrs. Meyers cleaning products are fantastic. (I noticed we both are using Lemon Verbena.) Also try Cucina brand if you have the chance. Pandora in the mornings too– Sara Bareilles is my current thread. All things related to the love of my dear child. Earl Grey Double Bergamot tea. Bergamot generally– loving some Caldrea Cypress Bergamot lotion and soap right now. I love grocery shopping. And talking to Ada throughout the store, even if people look at me strangely. I love working outdoors, but haven’t really had the chance lately. Seeing the green bits of protruding day lily also inspired me! I am tentatively scheduled to go out and hack away at a bush that has been bothering me.
Nice job on your list of things to be grateful for. I needed a few moments of peace and reflection this week myself, as you know. Another thing I really enjoy is writing a diary to Ada. Instead of just writing in a journal for me, I write to her. It is very cathartic and it makes me happy to think she will it have it someday as an adult. She will know how loved she is! xx
I love…
a good home-cooked meal
a clean kitchen, brought back to order after said meal
my morning coffee
my evening beer
my mid-day herbal tea (I’m a beverage person, obviously)
a nice, long run
my son’s belly laugh
date night
homemade marshmallows – yum!
8 straight hours of sleep
I could go on and on. I’m lucky to have so much to love in my life!
