It Was a Lovely Weekend

We ate fresh, still-warm, covered in cinnamon and sugar pumpkin donuts. Oh yes…they were amazing.

We searched for just the right pumpkin, even though we already have about a dozen in our front yard.

We picked apples and ate them straight off the tree. They were delicious.

We caught up with some dear friends and enjoyed watching all of our kiddos interact.

We attempted a family photo…

multiple times throughout the weekend. With not much success. Good thing we are having professional photos soon.

We did some early birthday celebrating.

And Jack was thoroughly spoiled. Again.

The End.

We were at Harvest house on Saturday too! Too bad we missed you guys. It was crazy busy though. The boys waited over a half hour for pumpkin donuts…and of course we came home with a dozen. We also went up the street to pick our own pumpkins. I unfortunately had to nurse the little bug, so Nick picked out pumpkins for both Josie and I.

I thought it was special because so many of the relatives got to be together to celebrate Jack, especially his Great Grandad and his two Great Grandmas who are both battling cancer.
