Baby it’s Cold Outside

Our Christmas Elmo dvd is on.

It’s -9 degrees at our house today.

Thanksgiving dinner cooking is about to commence.

The fridge and garage fridge are crammed with food and drink.

My mom bought a 24 pound turkey to donate. I dropped it off at the Union Gospel Mission yesterday and decided next year I am going to adopt this tradition.

Babies are cozy in fleece jammies. They probably won’t change anytime soon.

Ugg slippers are the best.

Half my family is here. The other half are braving some crazy snowy weather in Utah and Idaho.

This year, because of my brother’s birthday, our Thanksgiving feast will include my ‘famous’ chocolate cake.

Picture posted purely to show that we do in fact have appropriate winter clothing for our child (minus snow pants). Also…a child size shovel. We believe in starting hard labor early in life. Teach em’ young!

I have a feeling Jack doesn’t care if he is properly dressed or not, fun is fun!

Sorry, I know you have proper clothing for Jack, it was just fun! And kids would go out in the snow in underwear and be totally happy, if it wasn’t for parents!
