Jungle Garden

July has been a little wild. Something to do with back to back vacations, a birthday party, an obcene amount of freelance work and helping my parent’s get settled into their new house.

(On a side note…wow…it’s so awesome to have family in town.)

As we finally slow down over the next couple of weeks, our garden is requiring some major TLC.

Exhibit A:

Not that you would ever be able to tell, but in that mess of plants are green beans, sweet peas, zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, basil, potatoes, pumpkins, a few volunteer tomato plants from last year, a wayward head of lettuce and a wall of raspberries.

Don’t get me wrong, we are taking full advantage of the wildness…

We might just need to think about weeding…and planting less next year…

Your garden looks absolutely beautiful! Be so grateful for the land you have in order to have an amazing garden like that. Congrats!!!!
